The stag is an ancient symbol of power and transformation with deep spiritual significance. stag is a totem animal that has been revered throughout human history for its strength and wisdom. By tapping into the energy of the stag, we can access a deeper level of understanding about our own lives and our relationship to the universe. Through meditation, we can connect to its powerful healing energy, unlocking hidden knowledge and unlocking our true potential.

The elusive and rarely seen white stag will bring dignity, independence and fertility to new projects or new beginnings. It is known that he stands in the shadow of the Birch tree in the language of the Druids, Ogham tree lore Beith (Birch) stands at the edge of the forest, a gateway to spiritual enlightenment. To call upon the Stag is to call his divine power to enhance a new beginning or new venture, to bring dignity, power and integrity and to fertilize new ideas. With the stag as your totem it is a time to stand tall and be seen, now is the time to attract those that you desire. It is your time and thoughts manifest reality, be positive, assertive and diplomatic and your dreams will materialize.

The Stag is an Earth tied energy and will bring harmony and a sense of natural progression, he encourages stability and patience, patience is a virtue bestowed upon the wise. To be able to wait and be comfortable waiting. The stag is a solitaire for most of the year, but with his antlers comes his need to share, he will make himself known to all that seek his influence and will give willingly to all that are prepared to accept his ways.

The Stag has always occupied the Celtic lands and is the source of many a myth and legend. It takes a skilled hunter to find an older stag, with age comes wisdom, with responsibility comes a stronger will to survive.
=================
The older stag will attract an impressive harem, and will skillfully accept responsibilities and share his stature.  The amount of points on his antlers suggesting the size of the orb he can carry, his orb is his world. The unseen orb is possibly the revered disc that is surrounded in mystery and held in such high regard by our Druid ancestors. Before the winter solstice he will once again seek solitude, into his life of reverence that will only be known to those that understand his ways.

The power of the stag is never lost on any that see him, the coming of Samhain, (sow-un) with the veil between two worlds at its thinnest the stag is in his prime. 40,000 years ago cave walls were adorned with pictures of the Red Stag, such is his recognition as a free and majestic spirit.

The root chakra is the colour of the reds found in autumn, the colour that is found at the base of a flame, the sacral chakra is the orange that is found in a setting sun, the leaf that is ready to fall. The Stag standing mighty and proud will not be seen in this environment, the perfect camouflage as he stands affording you strength, nobility, hope and purpose. The orange from his coat and antlers fertilise your dreams, your hopes, desires and growth. The Stag wants you to be the best you can be, with feet firmly on the ground it stands beside you as an inspirer allowing all to see your natural beauty.

To encourage the Stag into your energy think of the autumn, the Druids new year, the Oak as he drops the Acorns, the Ivy as he prepares to settle and provide shelter, the Alder Tree who will share wisdom. The allure of the setting sun, the power of Autumn and looking West, Arch- Angel Uriel will be facing you. Beside him the stag who will lower his antlers in salutation, as Uriel removes your worries and allows you to be free.

The Stags antlers will grow and develop as does the orb held within, the spiritual essence of the stag comes into his own after the summer solstice and is best served before the winter solstice. Calling the stag to help prepare for the cold winds of winter will never be wrong, the white Stag should he appear, will provide guidance, protection and encouragement and will ensure new ventures succeed. If you are able to stand in his company then he will deliver all he represents and will teach his ways to all that are prepared to learn.

In Olde English we find the name Hart, one of the oldest names recorded it is also the Anglo Saxons name for deer. Many a high street has had a public house named “The White Hart.”

If stag appears in your life expect harmony to come, wisdom comes from age. Stag is a reminder of the past, each year the antlers re-grow, each year he remembers from last year and begins a new chapter.
Forgiving is releasing the restrictions that hold us back.

An older stag has many points to his antlers, the bigger the antlers, the bigger the ego he carries. The mature stag is said to hold the world or the moon within his antlers.

The coming of Samhain, (Halloween) means the veil between worlds is at its thinnest. The maturity, majesty, dignity of the stag will encourage the worlds to meet and be grateful for the meeting.
