is the feeling that one has already experienced this situation.

A translation is: 'already seen.'

Another interpretation is:
'Pre-cogition or prophecy'

Together we will explore the potential of at least one Remote Viewing Exercise:
The agenda for today’s session is:
1) A light meditation. To encourage this moment.
2) Using extra sensory perception we will visit a remote location.
3) Explore this location.
4) Sense, understand and know the different etheric energy at this location.
5) Appreciate the difference between physical and psychic sight.

This will be followed by a short Q&A and we will discuss any questions lodged with Sonia.
